This Privacy Policy explains how VEUGA Network LLC ("vibc", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use vibc.ai and its related services (the "Platform"). By using the Platform, you agree to the practices described here. This policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.

2.Information we collect

Information you provide

• Account information — name, email address, username, and profile details you provide when you register (handled through our authentication provider, Clerk).
• Builder information — product listings, descriptions, pricing, and other content you submit.
• Payment details — when you connect a payout account or make a purchase, payment information is collected and processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
• Communications — messages you send us via support or contact forms.

Information collected automatically

• Usage data — pages visited, features used, and actions taken on the Platform.
• Device & log data — IP address, browser type, device information, and timestamps.
• Gamification data — XP, levels, badges, streaks, and related activity used to operate vibc Game.

3.How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Platform and its four pillars (Store, Host, Pay, Game);
• Create and manage your account and authenticate you;
• Process transactions and facilitate payouts to Builders;
• Display product listings and power the marketplace and leaderboards;
• Communicate with you about your account, transactions, and support requests;
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues;
• Improve the Platform and develop new features;
• Comply with legal obligations.

4.How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate the Platform:

• With service providers who help us run the Platform (see Section 5);
• Between Builders and Buyers to facilitate transactions — for example, a Builder may see that a purchase was made, and a Buyer may see a Builder's public profile and support contact;
• Publicly, where you choose to make information public, such as your Builder profile, product listings, and leaderboard standing;
• For legal reasons, when required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Platform;
• In a business transfer, such as a merger or acquisition, subject to this policy.

5.Third-party services

We rely on trusted third-party providers to operate the Platform. Each processes data under its own privacy policy:

• Clerk — user authentication and account management;
• Supabase — database and storage of Platform data;
• Stripe — payment processing and payouts;
• Amazon Web Services — hosting, email, and content delivery;
• Anthropic — AI processing used to help review product submissions and assist with support responses. Content submitted for review or sent to our support addresses may be processed by this provider to generate a response or recommendation.

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these providers to understand how they handle your data.

6.Payment information

Payments and payouts are handled by Stripe. When you enter payment details or connect a payout account, that information is collected directly by Stripe and is subject to Stripe's privacy policy. vibc does not store your full payment-card numbers or bank-account credentials. We receive limited transaction information (such as amounts, status, and the last digits of a card) needed to operate the marketplace and your dashboard.

7.Cookies & tracking

We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences (such as light or dark theme), and understand how the Platform is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect some features. For more detail, see our Cookie Policy.

8.Data retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Platform, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it. Some records (such as transaction records) may be retained longer where required by law.

9.Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including secure authentication and encrypted payment processing through our providers. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

10.Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. 11.International transfers

vibc operates from the United States, and our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries. If you access the Platform from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries whose data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.

12.Children's privacy

The Platform is not intended for individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

13.Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, such as posting a notice on the Platform or updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
